As a wellness coach, I recognize that health is so much more than just exercise and diet. My services extend beyond your nutrition and fitness to encompass lifestyle factors, such as stress, sleep hygiene, and emotional wellbeing.
Radical diets and exercise protocols are not the answer. My coaching services will provide you with guidance on how to find a sustainable lifestyle that allows you to maximize your overall wellness potential. This is accomplished through realistic, incremental changes that will enable you to stay on a personalized track to reaching your goals.
My coaching services are available to clients in an online or in-person format in a variety of areas, including:
Weight loss and weight management
With my approach to nutrition, you will not be deprived of foods you love. Each client receives individualized nutrition protocol. Depending on personal preference and catering to your lifestyle, I offer:
Custom macronutrient protocols
Custom meal plans
Practical consultations (in-home meal prep, grocery shopping guidance, one-on-one personal training, etc.)
My approach to fitness training will not require you to spend hours each day in the gym. I will work with you to develop a plan that incorporates your favorite activities while dually moving you toward your physique goals. Depending on your preference, your exercise protocol may be based around weight training or other physical activity you prefer.
In addition to diet and exercise, I offer my clients continuous support in other aspects of their lives. We will work together to discover what is holding you back from achieving your wellness potential. This may include stress reduction, self-realization, and personal goal-setting exercises.
The exact details of your individualized program will be discussed after your completion of a client application and a full assessment of your needs.
Change is not easy; I am here to help you. The knowledge, encouragement, tools, and continuous support I provide to you as a client will enable you to succeed not only today or for a few months, but for the rest of your life.
